Professionals in this position work with HR teams and software vendors to ensure the HRIS meets the company's needs, often providing training, troubleshooting, and support during the transition. Their responsibilities may include data migration, process documentation, testing new features, and helping users adapt to the new system. This role is ideal for individuals who have HR, IT, or project management experience and are looking for flexible work hours.
