Job description

    Required Skills & Abilities:

    -Must have the ability to communicate in English both verbal and written

    -Able to lift 50 to 60 pounds to move tables and stacks of chairs

    -Previous banquet or catering event set up experience a plus

    -Flexible availability to work AM, PM, mid-shifts, holidays and weekends

    Job Description:

    -Set up room, audio visual, dance floor and stages according to the banquet event order.

    -Communicate with Food & Beverage Manager, Banquet Captain and Catering Sales Manager to ensure event set up expectations are properly executed.

    -Break down and clean all meeting rooms after events have concluded and properly store and organize tables, chairs and audio-visual equipment.

    -Follow established cleaning schedule of meeting rooms to ensure they stay presentable for site visits and walk-throughs.
