Essential Job Responsibilities and Duties:
  • Assists bartenders in mixing and serving drink orders of patrons at the bar
  • Stocks the coolers and freezers with beer, beverages and other drinks as the need arises
  • Take and prepares the drink orders of the restaurant guests and servers as necessary
  • Wipes the bar and removes the trash as necessary
  • Checks and changes the CO2 pumps, liquor bottles, etc. as needed
  • Keeps up with the general cleanliness of the bar at all times
  • Assists the bartender in taking food/drink orders, running food/drinks, and answering questions about menu(s)
  • Stocks the needed supplies and condiments on the bar

Skills, Education and Other Requirements:
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent Work Experience
  • Some bar knowledge preferred
  • Nevada State Alcohol Awareness card
  • Identification that establishes identity
  • Identification that establishes the right to work in the United States
