At Hyatt Regency Milwaukee, our Bell Attendants are often the very first and last impression our guests have of the hotel. If you enjoy meeting people, staying active, and delivering exceptional hospitality, we'd love to have you on our team.

This position combines Bell Attendant, Door Attendant, and occasional Shuttle Driver responsibilities, making every day different. You'll welcome guests, assist with luggage, provide local recommendations, and transport guests safely to nearby destinations while delivering the warm, personalized service Hyatt is known for.

What You'll Do

  • Welcome guests with genuine hospitality and a positive attitude
  • Assist guests with luggage upon arrival and departure
  • Escort guests to their rooms and explain hotel amenities
  • Safely operate the hotel shuttle for scheduled and on-demand transportation
  • Help guests with directions, restaurant recommendations, and local attractions
  • Load and unload guest luggage from the shuttle
  • Maintain the cleanliness and appearance of the hotel shuttle
  • Store and retrieve guest luggage using proper procedures
  • Deliver guest requests, packages, flowers, and amenities to guest rooms
  • Assist guests with room changes and special requests
  • Maintain a clean, welcoming hotel entrance, lobby, and porte cochere
  • Support the Front Office team by answering phones and assisting with guest needs
