SCHEDULE: Part-time including weekdays, weekends and holidays. Must be available 3-4 shifts per week.

ROLE SUMMARY:
Warm Springs Ranch is the official breeding facility of the Budweiser Clydesdales. As a Clydesdale Tour Guide you will get to understand the story and history of the Clydesdales and share it with our guests. You will also have the opportunity to work in the gift shop and welcome guests throughout the day.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Learn and deliver a company-approved scripted presentation to large groups of visitors.
  • Provide guests with an engaging, informative, and positive tour experience.
  • Serve in various host roles, including the bar, check-in gate, and gift shop.
  • Operate the gift shop register, assist customers, and restock merchandise as needed.
  • Support the execution of special events.
  • Assist visitors by offering directions, information, and general assistance.
  • Answer guest questions and ensure a memorable, high-quality experience.
  • Maintain cleanliness and presentation standards for the gift shop and public restrooms.
  • Prepare and maintain the tour route before and during tours.
  • Perform routine cleaning tasks including wiping down stall bars, polishing wagons and display harnesses, and completing general upkeep.
  • Sweep and operate a power vacuum to maintain facility cleanliness.

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Must be 21 years of age or older.
  • Ability to memorize and confidently deliver a detailed 10-15-page tour script.
  • Must be dependable, enthusiastic, cheerful, and professional.
  • Genuine interest in the Budweiser Clydesdales and willingness to learn detailed history of the breed and the organization.
  • Strong customer service and leadership skills.
  • Experience with the Retail Management System (RMS) preferred.
  • Basic horse-handling skills are a plus but not required.
  • Willingness to work in all weather conditions.
  • Ability to lift and carry boxes or inventory items up to 35 lbs.
  • Ability to climb steps.
  • On-the-job training provided; no prior animal care experience required.
