Position Overview:

As a Part-Time Home Health Aide at MN Health INC, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional care to our residents. This position requires flexibility to work within a structured schedule that includes morning, afternoon, and overnight shifts. Your primary responsibilities will include assisting residents with daily living activities, ensuring their safety and well-being, and enhancing their overall quality of life.
Key Responsibilities:

  • Resident Care: Assist residents with Activities of Daily Living (ADLs), including bathing, dressing, grooming, toileting, and mobility.
  • Health Monitoring: Observe and report changes in residents’ conditions, check vital signs, and assist with medication reminders when needed.
  • Safety: Maintain a safe and clean environment by following infection control procedures and adhering to safety protocols, including HIPAA compliance.
  • Documentation: Accurately record care notes, observations, and incidents while maintaining confidentiality.
  • Communication: Work closely with residents, families, and team members to ensure coordinated, high-quality care.
  • Support Services: Assist with meal preparation, feeding, and engaging residents in social and recreational activities.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Follow all company policies and Minnesota state regulations governing assisted living services.

  • Friday – Sunday (Overnights): 11:00 PM – 7:00 AM
Compensation:

Competitive hourly rate: $14.00 – $15.50 per hour (before taxes).
