In This Role You Will:
The Home Health Aide:
  • Provide personal care and assist with mobility or exercises under RN/therapist supervision
  • Perform light housekeeping, meal prep, and support medication management
  • Observe, report, and document patient condition
  • Maintain safety, infection control, and proper use of equipment
  • Communicate effectively with patients, families, and the healthcare team

Shift Details:
This is a part-time Home Health Aide position with a flexible schedule, providing care to patients in their homes throughout the Frankfort, IN area. The role includes assisting with personal care, daily living activities, and light household tasks. We are looking for candidates with open and consistent availability to meet patient needs.
Who You Are:
  • Must be 18 years of age
  • High school diploma or GED
  • Home Health Aide or Certified Nursing Aide license in the state of Indiana required
  • Demonstrated ability to read, write, and follow a Plan of Care
  • Good verbal, written and interpersonal communications skills required
  • Licensed driver with automobile insured in accordance with state and/or Agency requirements
