Home Health Aide (HHA)
Location: Preble County, Ohio and surrounding areas
Employment Type: Full-Time | Part-Time | PRN

We are seeking dedicated HHAs to provide quality, in-home care that helps clients remain safe, comfortable and independent in their own homes. If you are passionate about caring for others and building meaningful relationships, we would love to have you on our team. 

Responsibilities

  • Assists clients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, grooming and tolieting
  • Helps with safe transfers, ambulation and mobility
  • Prepares light meals and assists with feeding as necessary
  • Performs light housekeeping, laundry, and other household tasks related to the client's care
  • Monitor and report changes in the client's condition to the supervising nurse and care team
  • Provide companionship and emotional support
  • Maintain accurate documentation of care provided

Certifications/Requirements (must have one of the following)

  • Current active Ohio State Tested Nursing Assistant (STNA) license
  • Ohio Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) license - less then two years old
  • One year of verifiable experience with the last two years that is underneath the supervision of an RN.

Other Qualifications

  • Valid driver's license, reliable transportation, and proof of auto insurance
  • Ability to work independently while following a personalized care plan
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Previous caregiving or home health experience is preferred but not required
  • First aid certification is preferred but not required
