Personal Training Coach

Anytime Fitness – Le Mars, IA
Full-Time | $32,000–$50,000 Base + Commission

We are looking for a motivated, professional Personal Training Coach who is passionate about helping people transform their lives through fitness. This is not a “count reps and go home” position. This is a performance-based coaching role that blends training, relationship building, and sales.

What You’ll DoDeliver Exceptional Coaching
  • Lead pre-designed small group sessions (4+ members)

  • Design and implement customized 1:1 training programs

  • Coach proper movement, progression, and intensity safely

  • Use heart rate monitoring and performance tracking tools

  • Adapt exercises to meet all fitness levels

Drive Client Results & Retention
  • Conduct fitness consultations and goal-setting sessions

  • Track client progress and update data in Club OS daily

  • Build long-term relationships that increase retention

  • Create a motivating, high-energy training environment

Sell with Integrity
  • Educate members on the value of personal training

  • Prescribe and sell training packages based on client goals

  • Follow up with prospects and generate referrals

  • Achieve monthly sales and consultation targets

Contribute to Club Growth
  • Support membership sales when needed

  • Participate in club events and community outreach

  • Promote the club on social media

  • Maintain cleanliness and professionalism within the facility

Required Qualifications
  • Accredited Personal Training Certification (ACSM, ACE, NASM, NSCA, ISSA, etc.)

  • Current CPR/AED Certification

  • Strong understanding of physiology, biomechanics, and program design

  • Ability to train all fitness levels safely and effectively

  • Strong communication and relationship-building skills

  • Ability to lift 50 lbs and work in an active gym setting

  • Willingness to complete and engage in ongoing sales training

Preferred Qualifications
  • 1+ year of personal training or group training experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in an exercise-related field


Compensation & Benefits
  • Base salary: $32,000–$50,000 (based on experience)
