Job description

Position: Growth Equity & Venture Financial Modeling Expert Type: Part-time Compensation: $100 โ€“ $200/hour Location: Remote Commitment: 10-40 hours/week Role Responsibilities Design and develop institutional-grade financial modeling tasks based on real-world investment banking, private equity, and growth equity scenarios. Create comprehensive prompts and structured execution plans requiring AI systems to build models from first principles rather than templates. Develop gold-standard reference models and objective evaluation rubrics to assess AI-generated outputs for structural integrity and financial logic.

Build and review advanced transaction models, including integrated 3-statement models, DCF analyses (with WACC and sensitivity testing), LBOs, M&A models, and growth equity frameworks. Lead and document detailed diligence analyses, including unit economics, cohort analysis, and margin driver evaluation.

Collaborate asynchronously with AI researchers, providing clear documentation of assumptions, methodologies, and modeling rationale. Requirements Strong years of recent, hands-on experience in Investment Banking, Private Equity, Growth Equity, Venture Capital, Hedge Funds, or Corporate Development. Demonstrated expertise building complex financial models independently from scratch.

Mastery of integrated 3-statement modeling, DCF (including WACC and scenario analysis), LBO, and advanced transaction modeling. Strong ability to conduct sensitivity analyses and evaluate transaction risk/return profiles. Institutional-level attention to detail and strong transaction judgment.

Exceptional written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and documentation. Self-directed and comfortable operating in a high-performance remote environment. #J-18808-Ljbffr
