Job Summary: In this role, you'll apply your expertise to help train next-generation AI systems. Your work will shape how models learn, reason, and perform through high-quality, real-world input. No prior experience in AI is required — your domain knowledge is what matters.

Key Responsibilities:

Transcribe video content in Dioula and English, ensuring accuracy and fidelity to the source material.

Clearly identify and outline timestamps for all transcribed segments, providing seamless reference points.

Analyze and describe the emotional tone and intent of speakers, capturing subtle nuances and non-verbal cues.

Assess and critique grammar, syntactic structure, and tone in both languages to improve language model training.

Define and elaborate on conceptual aspects of words and expressions used, enabling deeper AI understanding.

Engage in complex language-related tasks, offering linguistic insights and feedback as needed.

Collaborate with the customer's team to ensure deliverables meet quality and linguistic standards.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

Fluency in both Dioula and English, with exceptional written and verbal communication skills.

Demonstrated expertise in linguistics, translation, or transcription involving Dioula and English.
