Part-time full stack developers often coordinate with teams through flexible tools like project management platforms, version control systems, and scheduled check-ins to stay aligned with ongoing work. Many organizations also encourage asynchronous updates, allowing part-time developers to contribute effectively without needing to be online at the same time as the entire team.
