Job description

Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) hybrid

Pay: $82,651.00 - $90,806.00 per year

Job Summary:
We are seeking a dedicated, compassionate, and motivated Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in Louisville, KY to join our team as we expand our ABA services into a new community. This is a unique opportunity for a clinician who is passionate about providing exceptional Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) services while helping establish our newest clinic from the very beginning.

As a BCBA, you will be responsible for developing, implementing, and overseeing individualized treatment plans for children and individuals with autism spectrum disorder and other developmental or behavioral needs. Using evidence-based ABA practices, you will collaborate closely with clients, families, Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs), and interdisciplinary professionals to promote meaningful skill development, reduce challenging behaviors, and improve each client's overall quality of life.

As part of our expansion, we are actively preparing to establish a new physical clinic location and are looking for a BCBA who is excited to be involved in that journey. This role offers the opportunity to help shape the clinic before its doors even openโ€”from providing input on the clinical environment and workflow to helping establish the culture, programming, and standards that will define our presence in the community. You'll play an integral role in launching a clinic that reflects our commitment to high-quality, compassionate care while serving as a clinical leader as the location grows.

This position is ideal for a BCBA who enjoys innovation, collaboration, and leadership and wants the rare opportunity to help build something meaningful. While you'll have the support and resources of an established organization, you'll also have the autonomy to help create a clinic where clients, families, and team members can thrive from day one.

Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient assessments to identify behavioral needs and develop tailored treatment plans.
  • Implement evidence-based behavioral therapy interventions in accordance with ABA principles.
  • Collect and analyze data to monitor client progress and adjust treatment strategies as needed.
  • Provide training and support to caregivers and staff on effective behavior management techniques.
  • Maintain accurate medical documentation in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams, including special education professionals, to ensure holistic care for clients.
  • Conduct diagnostic evaluations to identify underlying issues contributing to behavioral challenges.
  • Stay current with developments in the field of behavioral health and apply best practices in clinical settings.

Skills:

  • Strong knowledge of Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) techniques and methodologies.
  • Proficiency in medical terminology and documentation practices.
  • Familiarity with HIPAA regulations regarding patient confidentiality and data protection.
  • Experience in behavioral health settings, particularly working with individuals with special needs.
  • Excellent data collection and analysis skills to inform treatment decisions.
  • Ability to conduct thorough patient assessments and diagnostic evaluations.
  • Strong communication skills, both verbal and written, for effective collaboration with clients, families, and team members.
  • A compassionate approach towards client care, demonstrating empathy and understanding of individual challenges.

Join us in making a meaningful impact on the lives of individuals through dedicated behavioral analysis and support.
