Front Desk Concierge (PART-TIME)
Location: Smyrna, GA

Silver Tree Residential is looking for a dependable, quality-focused Front Desk Concierge to join our progressively growing team. Smyrna Tower is comprised of 150 apartment homes for SENIORS. We are looking for a reliable team member who is willing to uphold our community to the highest standards.
The Front Desk Concierge reports directly to the Community Director. It is essential that the Concierge report to work at his/her scheduled work hours. The Concierge must be to walk the property, including stairs, on a regular and as-needed basis in order to perform his/her job duties.
THIS OPENING IS PART-TIME, SATURDAY-SUNDAY 3:30PM-10:00PM SHIFT.
Role and Responsibilities:
  • Ensure the safety of guests, employees and company assets through constant patrol and observation of all assigned areas and reporting activities in accordance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Promote positive and courteous public relations to all tenants, visitors and guests.
  • Monitors and maintains control of facility access points and permitted areas of entry and responds to sounding alarms ensuring the safety of employees, guest and company assets; monitor visitor activities.
  • Gain and maintain proficiency with life safety system and central security panel of buildings.
  • Prepares reports based upon observations, information and occurrences to ensure compliance with departmental standard operating procedures.
  • Communicate with Executive Director on safety issues.
  • Tour properties and monitor building operations.
  • Maintain daily logs and shift reports.
  • Adhere to Security Policies and Procedures manual.
  • All other duties as assigned.
