Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and friendly Front Desk Agent to join our hospitality team. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring a seamless check-in and check-out experience. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.
Duties
  • Greet guests warmly upon arrival and provide exceptional customer service throughout their stay.
  • Manage the check-in and check-out process efficiently, ensuring all guest information is accurately recorded.
  • Answer phone calls promptly, utilizing effective phone etiquette to address inquiries and provide information about hotel services.
  • Assist guests with reservations, modifications, and cancellations while maintaining a high level of professionalism.
  • Handle guest complaints or concerns with empathy and resolve issues to ensure guest satisfaction.
  • Collaborate with housekeeping and maintenance teams to ensure rooms are ready for incoming guests.
  • Maintain knowledge of local attractions, dining options, and hotel amenities to provide recommendations to guests.
  • Process payments and maintain accurate records of transactions in the hotel management system.

Experience
  • Previous experience in hospitality management or front desk operations is preferred but not required.
