Job Summary
We are seeking a friendly and organized Front Desk Associate to join our team! As the Front Desk Associate, you will be the first point of contact for our customers. You will greet customers as they arrive, direct them appropriately, answer phone calls, and maintain the front desk area. The ideal candidate has a cheerful disposition, excellent communication, and computer skills, and is capable of multitasking. If you’re a “people person” with a passion for health and fitness, we want to hear from you! 

Responsibilities: 
  • Welcome guests and prospective members
  • Provide tours for prospective members
  • Respond to inquiries in person, over the phone, and via email
  • Maintain a clean and organized lobby and front desk area
  • Accurately record client information and accept payments
  • Schedule classes and appointments
  • Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence 
  • Ensure gym rules and systems are followed
Qualifications: 
  • Friendly and professional disposition
  • A passion for health and fitness
  • Two or more years of customer service, receptionist, or front desk experience is preferred
  • Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
