Position Overview: We are seeking a dedicated and personable Part Time Front Desk Receptionist to join our team. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in ensuring a positive experience for our patients from the moment they enter our facility. This position offers the opportunity to work in a supportive and collaborative environment while contributing to the overall success of our center.

Schedule: Tuesday, Thursday and Fridays - 10:00 AM -5:30 PM - This position is fully on‑site and requires daily, in‑person presence.

Responsibilities:

  1. Greet patients and visitors with a friendly and welcoming demeanor.
  2. Answer phone calls, schedule appointments, and assist with inquiries.
  3. Verify patient information, insurance coverage, and collect necessary payments.
  4. Maintain a clean and organized reception area.
