Glacial Waters Spa at Grand View Lodge is looking for a talented and experienced Massage Therapist to join our team. In this role, you will provide exceptional therapeutic massage services, helping our guests relax and address their specific needs. By closely collaborating with guests to understand their preferences, you will tailor your services to ensure a memorable and enjoyable experience during their stay.

Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Ensure compliance with state licensing requirements and maintain high standards of safety and cleanliness.
  • Guarantee guest satisfaction by adhering to cleaning protocols set by the Resort and the State of Minnesota.
  • Communicate maintenance needs to the Massage Spa Services Manager and Spa Director.
  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.
  • Provide services with professionalism, prioritizing guests’ needs and exceeding their expectations.
  • Follow established massage treatment protocols and assist in developing new services and product recommendations.
  • Perform additional duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • This position requires availability to work weekends and holidays as needed to accommodate guest schedules and ensure exceptional service.
  • Ability to multitask and manage various initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
  • Self-motivated and results-driven, with a focus on achieving business goals.
  • Flexibility in work hours and the ability to meet deadlines.
  • Capability to lift over 80 pounds occasionally and stand or walk for 4-5 hours at a time.
  • High level of personal and professional integrity.

Education & Experience:

  • 1-2 years of guest service experience in a spa, hotel, or similar service-oriented environment preferred.
  • Strong product and service knowledge, including retail offerings.
  • Excellent listening and communication skills.
  • Leadership experience is a plus.
  • High school diploma or GED, along with two years of guest service experience, preferably in hospitality.
  • Cash-handling experience preferred.

Sign-On Bonus
We're offering a sign-on bonus for new hires based on your scheduling commitment:

  • $500 for part-time availability (1–3 days per week)
  • $1,000 for full availability (4+ days per week)

Bonus is paid out over your first 90 days. Terms and conditions apply.
