We're looking for dependable, hardworking team members to help prepare, assemble, package, and label our snack cup products in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
No previous food production experience is necessary. We're looking for people who are ready to learn, work hard, and be part of a great team. You'll rotate through different tasks, help ensure our products meet quality and food safety standards, and keep your work area clean and organized. It's a great opportunity to build real-world skills like teamwork, reliability, attention to detail, and time management while earning extra money.

Schedule: Part-time shifts will vary. Fridays with occasional weekends, and holidays.
Duties/Responsibilities:
  • Perform work activities with attention to the highest standards of food quality, safe processes, compliance with a focus on process improvement
  • Responsible for producing snack cups and fulfilling orders
  • Inspection and labeling of finished product
  • Rotating job assignments throughout the production process
  • Recognizing safety or quality problems
  • Keeps work area and machines clean always
  • Adjusting machine settings and quality system checks
  • Perform all duties in an efficient manner

Skills/Qualifications:
  • Must be 16 or older
  • Strong work ethic and reliability
  • Experience with food manufacturing
  • Good hand-eye coordination
  • Ability to identify and analyze problems and plan solutions
  • Strong oral, written, and interpersonal skills to provide a positive work environment
  • Ability to prepare and produce snack cup products to standards.
  • Ability to lift 50 pounds occasionally
  • Bilingual a plus

Working Conditions: This role requires a significant amount of movement. An individual in this role will be working with various types of foods. They will also operate equipment upon request. The position will require general physical movements such as frequent walking, standing, lifting, bending, twisting, and reaching. Environmental conditions include working with allergens, loud noises, chemical exposure, and a warm working area.
