Position Type: Part Time

Pay Rate: $23.50 / Hour

Job Schedule:

What You'll Do:

• Provide customer service to employees, visitors, and/or vendors by carrying out site-specific procedures, access control practices, and when appropriate, emergency response activities at a food and beverage location.
• Respond to incidents, alarms, and/or critical situations in a calm, problem-solving manner, documenting observations and reporting security-related concerns to site contacts and Allied Universal leadership.
• Conduct regular and random patrols throughout production areas, warehouse spaces, parking areas, and the exterior perimeter to help identify unusual activity, operational concerns, and/or policy violations.
• Monitor entry and exit points, verify credentials when required, and help to support visitor, contractor, and/or delivery processing in accordance with site protocols.
• Communicate with staff and supervisors regarding changing conditions, maintenance issues, and/or incidents that could impact daily operations, while following post orders and client-directed procedures.

Minimum Requirements:

• Experience using a computer or tablet is preferred.
• Customer service experience is preferred.
• Be at least 18 years of age for unarmed roles; 21+ years of age for armed roles.
• Possess a high school diploma or equivalent.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a background investigation in accordance with all federal, state, and local laws.
• Allied Universal will consider qualified applications with criminal histories in a manner consistent with applicable laws.
• As a condition of employment, applicants will be subject to a drug screen to the extent permitted by law.
• Licensing requirements are subject to state and/or local laws and regulations and may be required prior to employment.
• A valid driver's license will be required for driving positions only.
