Manufacturing Internship- NXA USA

Location: Fayetteville, AR

Type: Full-Time Internship

NXA USA is offering a hands-on Manufacturing Internship Program designed to give students and entry-level individuals real-world exposure to the manufacturing industry. This rotational internship provides experience across multiple departments within our stainless-steel manufacturing operation, allowing interns to explore a variety of career paths while learning from experienced professionals.

This internship is designed to provide broad exposure to NXAโ€™s manufacturing operations through rotational shadowing opportunities across multiple departments. While interns will gain experience in many different areas of the business, this position is intended for individuals who already possess foundational TIG welding skills and are looking to further develop their knowledge within a real-world manufacturing environment.

At NXA, we build high-quality custom stainless-steel equipment for the food, beverage, and dairy industries. Our internship program is designed to develop future leaders by combining shadowing opportunities with hands-on manufacturing experience in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

This is a 12-week paid internship program than will span June, July, and August with compensation starting at $17.00 per hour. This internship is designed to provide exposure to multiple departments throughout NXA while helping interns develop real-world manufacturing experience and professional skills.

What Youโ€™ll Experience

Interns will rotate through multiple departments to gain exposure to manufacturing operations through both shadowing and hands-on experience. Shadowing opportunities include Account Management, Design, Production Control, CNC Programming, Scheduling, Purchasing, Raw Material Management, Saw Operations, Laser Operations, Warehouse Operations, and Machining. Hands-on experience will include Deburring, Press Brake Operation, Fabrication, Metal Finishing, and Final Assembly while working alongside experienced team members in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
