Reports To: Food Court Manager

Are you passionate about food and love providing great service? As a Food Court Clerk at Festival Foods, you’ll be at the heart of our fast-paced food service area, preparing and serving up delicious meals for guests. Whether you’re making a fresh cup of Caribou coffee, serving pizza, or popping the perfect batch of popcorn, you’ll help create a welcoming, enjoyable experience for everyone who stops by. What You’ll Do:

As a Food Court Clerk at Festival Foods, you will:

  • Provide Helpful Service: Providing excellent guest service is at the heart of what we do.  Whether it’s a friendly greeting, answering questions or addressing guest concerns, you’ll handle each interaction with professionalism and care. Your willingness to help guests with what they need will make a positive impact every day.
  • Offer Assistance: Provide warm, friendly service by assisting guests with orders, recommending menu items, and ensuring they leave happy.

  • Prepare & Serve Delicious Food: Work behind the scenes to craft tasty food court offerings, including coffee, pizza, and popcorn, while maintaining high-quality and food safety standards.

  • Keep It Clean & Stocked: Maintain a sanitary, well-organized food court area by keeping supplies stocked, food safety logs updated, and workspaces spotless.

  • Work in a Team Environment: Support your fellow associates in a restaurant-like setting, ensuring smooth daily operations.

  • Stay Safe & Efficient: Follow food safety protocols, handle equipment such as fryers, ovens, and woks, and manage proper temperature controls for all prepared foods.

  • Teamwork: Perform other duties as needed to support the team.
  • Honor Commitments: Regular, timely attendance in compliance with the work schedule, and adequate notice to find a replacement for occasional absences.
What We’re Looking For:

To succeed in the Food Court Clerk role, you should have:

  • A friendly, team-oriented attitude with strong guest service skills.

  • Ability to work in a fast food or restaurant retail grocery environment, multitask, and maintain efficiency.

  • Comfort handling food service equipment like dishwashers, fryers, woks, and ovens (training provided!).

  • Willingness to be cross-trained in different food court areas.
