The Food Court Supervisor is responsible for overseeing food court operation when Management is absent; insuring a profitable, efficient, clean facility.

Bosselman Travel Center offers on-demand pay (access to earned but not yet paid wages) through:


  • Handle all problems that canโ€™t be handled at a lower level (customer, personnel, mechanical).
  • Insure all personnel are in proper working uniform and neat in appearance.
  • Communicate with Food Court Manager regarding employee conduct, performance, assist with employee reviews and be present for reviews.
  • Insure daily paperwork is done properly, organized and turned in daily.  Logging in shift log book for Food Court Manager.
  • Oversee personnel, discipline of employees โ€“ verbally and follow up with Food Court Manager promptly.
  • Insure facility is kept clean and equipment properly working.  Report problems to Food Court Manager.
  • Assist Food Court Manager with ordering, stocking orders, inventory, and food waste monitoring.
  • Review end of shift checklists completed by supervisor; ensure all duties completed at end of shift (bread count, prep list, and cleaning lists).
  • Responsible for the smooth transition of shift changes completed at end of shift.
  • Ensure the security of merchandise in the facility.
  • Prepare any prep work and stocking for the next shift and as need for all concepts.
  • Handle and prepare RAW chicken products properly and to safety standards.
  • Use and clean fryers, speed ovens, and all other ovens according to safety and company policies.
  • Record temps and waste properly.
  • Provide friendly and competent customer service.
  • Report for work in a timely manner when scheduled with regular and consistent attendance.

Additional Job Duties:

  • Assisting in other duties, as assigned.

Supervisory Responsibilities:

  • Directly supervise 5 or more employees in the absence of management.

Education and/or Experience (include certs or licenses needed):

  • One to three years of Food Court experience required.

  

Minimum Qualifications:

  • Must have a general knowledge of total food court operation.
  • Must have strong communication skills.
  • Must display use of good judgment and demonstrate leadership qualities.
  • Must be able to communicate in English. โ€“ IF APPLICABLE
  • Able and willing to deliver friendly, courteous, and prompt customer service.
  • Able and willing to work cooperatively with other team members.
