Part-Time Floater Assistant Teacher

Position Details:
Long Beach Day Nursery (LBDN) is growing our early childhood teaching team. We have part-time Floater Assistant Teacher positions available at both of our branches! Please see our website for exact locations. If you are passionate about working with children, look no further!
Our Floater Assistant teachers have the important responsibility of instructing children in developmentally appropriate activities designed to promote social, physical, and intellectual growth needed for child development. You will have the opportunity to supervise and assist children with general routines, such as art, literacy, science, mealtime, and potty-training activities. This position works cooperatively with all Teaching staff to ensure day-to-day operations run smoothly and provides necessary coverage to maintain ratios while Teachers step out of the classroom. You will also maintain an organized environment, and ensure proper care of educational equipment and materials.
