ROLE OVERVIEW
As a Part-Time Strategic Administrative Assistant, you’ll be the backbone of daily operations—supporting internal workflows and creating seamless experiences for clients.  This hybrid role blends project coordination, communication, and back-end support with plenty of variety day to day. 

CORE RESPONSIBILITIES
• Workflow & Systems Management:  Manage and update project boards in Workflow management software.
• CRM management: Maintain and update client information in the CRM system to ensure accuracy and support relationship building.
• Client Onboarding: Send welcome kits, schedule client assessments, and ensure a smooth onboarding journey  

• Finance Admin: Handle accounts payable/receivable tasks and support basic financial tracking (helpful but not required).
• Scheduling & Email Management: Coordinate calendars, schedule meetings, and streamline inboxes.
• Content & Communication: Post testimonials, schedule LinkedIn content, and assist with celebratory outreach (cards, gifts).
• Event Support: Prepare workshop materials, manage logistics, and handle follow-up.
• File & Document Management: Organize files via SharePoint and manage e-signatures through DocuSign.
• Marketing Assistance: Support podcast scheduling, presentations, and thoughtful gift coordination.
• Social Media Management: Work with Marketing Director on all social media posting and content. Driving the marketing schedule.

WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
• Experience: 3+ years in an administrative or executive support role; client-facing industries like coaching or consulting are a plus.
• Tech Proficiency: Comfortable with Monday.com, SharePoint, DocuSign, LinkedIn, PowerPoint; accounting tools a bonus.
• Organized & Proactive: Able to juggle tasks, meet deadlines, and anticipate needs.
• Strong Communicator: Clear, kind, and professional written and verbal communication.

• Client-Focused: Friendly and professional demeanor with a “white glove” approach to service.
• Independent Doer: Takes initiative and solves problems without handholding.

SCHEDULE & LOCATION
• Part-time: 20–30 hours per week
• Hybrid Role:  Some on-site support in Livingston County, MI; flexibility available
