The Women’s Center in Vienna, Virginia is seeking a part-time LPC or LCSW to join our collaborative clinical team and work with children and families. 
About The Women’s Center:
Located in Vienna, VA, The Women’s Center provides high-quality mental health services to individuals and families across the lifespan. We are committed to accessible, compassionate, and evidence-based care.
Position Overview:
  • Schedule: Evening and or Weekend hours required.
  • Population Served: Individuals, children, teens, adults, couples, and families.
  • Clinical Focus: Providing individual, group, couples, teen, child, and family counseling and conducting comprehensive assessments.

Essential Duties:
  • Provide psychotherapy services in accordance with applicable laws, regulations, and professional ethical standards.
  • Maintain accurate and timely clinical documentation, including progress notes detailing reported data, clinical observations, impressions, and treatment interventions.
  • Routinely evaluate client progress toward treatment goals and adjust treatment plans as clinically indicated.
  • Ensure all clinical files are secured and maintained according to Center policies and confidentiality standards.
