Job description

We are looking for someone to work part-time . Monday- Friday 9:00 am to 3 pm with no flexibility available at this time.

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Accounting Assistant to join our team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional support to our staff and ensure the smooth operation of our office. This position will be responsible for a variety of duties, including data entry (QB-desktop), filing, Excel spreadsheets, posting payments to tenant accounts, getting the mail, etc..

Reliability and dependability are essential.

Pay rate $25-$30 DOE

  • 2-10 years Accounting Experience
  • 2-5 years using QuickBooks or any Accounting software (Mandatory)
  • Intermediate skill in Excel, Word and Outlook
  • Great communication in both Verbal and Writing Skills
