EverGRO Cooperative is built on the relationships we grow with our customers, without their support, business, and loyalty we would not be the successful Coop we are today!The PositionEverGRO is hiring a part-time Farm Store Associate in Upperville to support customers and keep the store running smoothly during busy hours.Key responsibilities include:- Assist customers with product questions and solutions- Run the register and handle checkout, exchanges, and returns- Stock shelves, replenish merchandise, and support inventory counts- Load/unload deliveries and customer purchases; operate a forklift as needed- Fill propane cylinders- Maintain a clean, professional, and safe store/warehouseRequired qualifications/skills:- No previous experience required; agriculture interests (horses, cattle, gardening, plants, small animals) are a plus- Willing and able to operate a forklift, lift product, and work indoors and outdoors- Valid Driver’s License- Availability to work 3–4 days/week during store hours; preference for closing shifts and rotating SaturdaysApply now if you want steady part-time hours and hands-on work in a farm store setting.Your Benefits- 401(k)- Competitive salary- Employee discountsA Typical ShiftYou’ll rotate between the sales floor and warehouse based on customer traffic.
