Job description

Fence Installer – Hands-On Construction

SWi, LLC is hiring hardworking, dependable fence installers to join our crew!
This is a physically demanding, hands-on construction job. If you're motivated, reliable, and take pride in doing tough work the right way, this could be the start of a great career with a respected and growing company. While our projects focus on high-security commercial, industrial, governmental, and residential fencing, we've found that individuals with farm, ranch, or other labor-intensive backgrounds often thrive here because they're already familiar with long days, outdoor work, and physical tasks. But no matter your background, if you're motived, teachable, and ready to work hard, we'll provide the training and support you need to succeed.

WHO WE ARE

At SWi, LLC, we don't just build fences-we build protection, privacy, and peace of mind. Since 2014, we've provided expert fence installation for high-security commercial, governmental, and residential projects across Wyoming and beyond. We're a family-owned company built on ambition, grit, and great people. If you show up ready to work and eager to learn, we'll support your growth with competitive pay, training opportunities, and a solid team environment.

WHAT TO EXPECT ON THE JOB

Some of our larger, out-of-town projects follow a travel schedule of 2 weeks on, 1 week off, with 12+ hour days. For these jobs, we provide hotel lodging, per diem, and travel reimbursements. This schedule only applies to specific projects. Most of our crews work a regular schedule of 4-10s or 5-8s, with overtime available as needed. Traveling is mandatory for this position.

This is not a laid-back or light-duty job-it's a fast-paced, hands-on role that's both physically and mentally demanding. But for those who are dependable, hardworking, and ready to learn, it's also incredibly rewarding. Starting pay for this position is $23-$25 per hour, based on experience.

YOU MAY BE A GOOD FIT IF YOU...

-Have a valid driver's license with a clean record (last 3 years)
-Are physically strong and can lift 80–100 lbs repeatedly
-Aren't afraid of tough work or long hours
-Can travel, possibly for up to 2 weeks at a time (lodging/per diem provided)
-Have construction, labor, or outdoor work experience (a plus, but not required)
-Take pride in doing quality work with your hands
-Work well with a team and communicate respectfully
-Like working outdoors in various environments
-Are eager to grow in a company that values effort and dedication
