Resolve Crisis Services is looking for a Part-time Administrative Assistant to join the team!

Resolve Crisis Services is a partnership between Allegheny County and UPMC Western Psychiatric Hospital providing crisis support services to residents of Allegheny County. ReSolve is a 24-hour, 365-day service including a 24-hour hotline, mobile crisis team, walk-in center, and services for children and teens.For more information please visit:https://www.upmc.com/services/behavioral-health/resolve-crisis-services
This position will work 24 hours a week. Monday, Wednesday, Friday daylight hours.

  • Responsibilities:
    Provides administrative support to departments and professional staff.
  • Coordinates travel arrangements and manages expense reports.
  • Collects, analyzes, and summarizes data; conducts research and drafts reports.
  • Performs clerical duties, including filing, recordkeeping, and maintaining office files.
  • Orders office supplies and manages office equipment.
  • Screens calls, responds to routine inquiries, and directs visitors.
  • Interprets and communicates administrative procedures to employees.
  • Manages supervisor calendars, schedules meetings, and coordinates logistics.
  • Assists with presentations, including editing and content recommendations.
  • Drafts, modifies, and responds to routine and independent correspondence on behalf of leadership.

High school diploma or equivalent

Three years experience in an administrative support role

Previous experience with payroll preferred

Ability to perform advanced functions in word processing, electronic mail/calendar, spreadsheet, presentation and database software

Ability to use applicable MS Suite products

Working knowledge of business processes and procedures

Knowledge of basic accounting and financial principles and functions

Ability to analyze data and use basic reasoning skills
Licensure, Certifications, and Clearances:

Act 31 Child Abuse Reporting with renewal

Act 33 with renewal

Act 34 with renewal

Act 73 FBI Clearance with renewal
