Job description

PHOENIX RACEWAY

Phoenix Racewayhas been the premier motorsports venue in the Southwest since 1964 and hosts two NASCAR race weekends each year. In March, the NASCAR Weekend kicks off the race season at Phoenix Raceway.,. Phoenix Raceway also hosts a variety of events throughout the year, including corporate meetings and conferences, charity events, holiday events, sport, and endurance competitions, driving schools and Segway tours.

Phoenix Raceway is seeking part-time event staff in the position of credentialing.

Job Duties:

  • Assists with set up for the credentials for each event.
  • Verifies identification and issues credentials to guests and the company's sponsors along with vendors and workers.
  • Investigates and resolves when able issues with guests/workers not included on a list.
  • Attend training session(s).
  • Be available during the week of October 12-18, 2026 and expect to work 40+ hours during race week.
  • Other duties may be assigned.

Education and/or Experience:

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED); or one to three months related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
  • Previous experience preferred.

Other Skills, Abilities, and/or qualifications:

  • Minimum age 18 years old.
  • Strong communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced and high-stress environment.
  • Must be able to work nights, weekends, and holidays as assigned.
  • Positive attitude, friendly and outgoing.
  • Must follow dress code and have a clean, presentable appearance at all times.
  • Ability to work with others and take direction.
  • Must learn quickly and be trainable.
  • Reliable transportation to and from the track location.
