Job Summary:The Post Shift Cleaner is a part-time, event-based position responsible for maintaining a clean, safe, and welcoming environment following scheduled events. This role plays a critical part in delivering premium guest experience by ensuring all assigned areas meet established cleanliness and safety standards. The Post Shift Cleaner reports directly to the Post Supervisor. The position averages approximately 29 hours per week, with schedules varying based on event activity. Shifts primarily occur during evenings, weekends, and may include holidays.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and sanitary environment
  • Adhere strictly to established Housekeeping Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs).
  • Proactively identify and address housekeeping issues as they arise, demonstrating initiative and accountability.
  • Maintain clear and professional communication with supervisors and team members to ensure efficient operations.
  • Immediately report safety hazards or concerns to the Post Supervisor for proper assessment and resolution.
  • Remove trash and recycling materials, ensuring proper disposal procedures are followed.
  • Conduct sweeping, mopping, debris removal, and quality control inspections of bowl seating to ensure readiness for subsequent events.
  • Clean, inspect, and maintain assigned areas, including the frequent removal of waste and recycling materials after events.
  • Support housekeeping-related maintenance needs, including:
    • Assisting with cleaning after maintenance issues.

Position Type/Expected Hours of Work:This is a part-time position. Hours of work are based on event schedule and are mostly nights, weekends and occasional holidays.
Work Environment This role is performed within a large arena environment. Noise levels are frequently high, crowd traffic is heavy, temperatures may vary and are often cold, lighting conditions may change, and there may be occasional exposure to special effects such as pyrotechnics.
Physical Demands: Climbing - Ascending or descending ladders, stairs, scaffolding, ramps, poles and the like, using feet and legs and/or hands and arms. Body agility is emphasized. This factor is important if the amount and kind of climbing required exceeds that required for ordinary locomotion.
Balancing - Maintaining body equilibrium to prevent falling and walking, standing or crouching on narrow, slippery, or erratically moving surfaces. This factor is important if the amount of balancing exceeds that needed for ordinary locomotion and maintenance of body equilibrium.
Stooping - Bending body downward and forward by bending spine at the waist. This factor is important if it occurs to a considerable degree and requires full motion of the lower extremities and back muscles.

Reaching - Extending hand(s) and arm(s) in any direction.
Standing - Particularly for sustained periods of time.
