What you will be doing:
As a Banquet Server, you'll be part of a dynamic team that brings memorable events to life—from elegant weddings to corporate galas. You'll play an important role in delivering exceptional service, genuine hospitality, and seamless event experiences for every guest.
Your responsibilities will include:
 
  • Welcoming guests with warmth and professionalism while providing attentive, personalized service throughout each event.
  • Serving food and beverages efficiently, maintaining high standards of presentation and service.
  • Learning event menus and service plans, and communicating effectively with the kitchen team regarding dietary restrictions and special requests.
  • Monitoring guest needs and responding promptly to ensure a positive and memorable experience.
  • Clearing and resetting tables, maintaining clean and organized service areas, and assisting with event setup and teardown as required.
  • Preparing service stations, restocking supplies, and completing other side duties to support smooth banquet operations.
  • Collaborating with fellow team members to ensure events run efficiently and according to service standards.
  • Performing additional duties as assigned while contributing to a professional, respectful, and team-oriented work environment.
