BE A PART OF WHAT'S HAPPENING IN PAYSON ARIZONA
Part-Time opportunity for guard-carded security guards and Guest Service Representatives.
You must already be located in Payson, Pine or Strawberry area.
Looking for individuals interested in or experienced in unarmed security duties or overnight security duties for Camp Tontozona August 14th and 15th 2026.
Responsibilities:
  • Watch for irregularities, such as security breaches, facility and safety hazards, and emergency situations; contact emergency responders, such as police, fire, and/or ambulance personnel as required.
  • Remains alert for the presence of unauthorized persons and/or security code violators; approaches suspicious person and/or notifies police as appropriate; may confront and detain violators, as required, until police arrive.
  • Patrols assigned area on foot or in motor vehicle, as assigned, to ensure personnel, building, and equipment security.
  • Examines doors, windows, and gates to ensure security; uses client keys to open and close buildings; monitors closed buildings for unauthorized persons and/or suspicious activities.
  • Prepares routine, standardized reports.
  • Provides escorts as necessary.
  • Informs and warns violators of rule infractions, such as loitering, smoking, or carrying forbidden articles.

Requirements: You must already be located in Payson, Pine or Strawberry area.
  • Guards must have or able to obtain an AZ Unarmed Security Guard License.
  • Must be 18 years of age or older.
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States.
  • Must have a clean background with no felonies or misdemeanors!
  • Must be to pass a pre-employment drug screening.
  • Must be able to stand for a minimum of 8 hours.
  • Must be able to work outside during any season in extreme weather conditions.
  • Must be able to communicate in English with clients, vendors, and patrons.
  • Must have reliable transportation.
  • Must have a valid phone number and valid email address.
  • Ability to work nights, weekends and holidays.
  • Ability to walk and climb stairs for extended periods of time.
  • Ability to work outside in extreme weather conditions.
  • Ability to maintain accurate records.
  • Must be customer service driven.

Starting PAY:
  • Guest Service Rep= $15.15-$16.00/hr
  • Guard carded Unarmed Security Guard= $15.50-$17.00/hr.
