Job description

Description

The Revenue Cycle Supervisor is responsible for day-to-day management and optimization of the hospital's revenue cycle operations. This includes oversight of patient access, billing, collections, denial management, and payer relations to ensure timely and accurate reimbursement. The Supervisor ensures that all teams execute within established policies and productivity standards while also supporting strategic initiatives to reduce denials, improve cash flow, and optimize revenue integrity across Community First Medical Center.

Requirements

Education and Experience:

Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration, Finance, Business, or related field required (Master's preferred).

Minimum 5 years of hospital revenue cycle experience with at least 2 years in a supervisory/management role.

Strong background in Medicaid/Medicare billing, denial management, and payer contracting.

Proven track record of improving cash collections, reducing AR, and overturning denials.


Skills:

Proficient with EPIC, clearinghouse systems, and Microsoft Office Suite.

Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Corporate Responsibility

Maintain current knowledge of federal, state, and local laws, accreditation standards, and payer requirements.
