Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Assistant – Manchester Commons 

Erie, PA – Part-time; Hourly, Non-exempt; Primarily day shift M-F, with occasional weekend rotation

Starting Salary: $15.00-$16.95/hour depending on experience

The Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Assistant is responsible for assisting in conducting and developing the (24-hour) lifestyle engagement program for residents. Implements activities assuring that each resident’s individual needs are met, maximizing resident strengths and abilities. Documents resident progress in accordance with all state, federal, and departmental guidelines and regulations.

Requirements for the Activities and Lifestyle Engagement Assistant

  • High school diploma or general education degree (GED). 
  • Prior experience in a long-term care setting is preferred. 
  • The employee must frequently lift and/or move up to 10 pounds and occasionally lift and/or move up to 25 pounds.
