Job Summary:

The DSCS Data Analyst supports Digital Supply Chain Systems (DSCS) initiatives by helping collect, analyze, and visualize data that supports Engineering, Procurement, Supply Chain, Logistics, and Construction functions. This role assists with maintaining data quality, developing dashboards and reports, monitoring key performance metrics, and supporting digital supply chain tools. Working closely with senior analysts and business stakeholders, the position contributes to improved project visibility, operational efficiency, and data-driven decision-making.
"This position is designated as part-time telework per our global telework policy and will require at least three days of in-person attendance per week at the assigned office or project. Weekly in-person schedules will be determined by the individual and their supervisor, in consultation with functional or project leadership”   #LI-CS1 

Major Responsibilities:
  • Analyze and validate data from enterprise systems and digital supply chain applications.
  • Develop and maintain standard reports, dashboards, and KPI metrics using reporting and visualization tools.
  • Support data quality, data governance, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Assist with monitoring supply chain performance metrics including material readiness, inventory, logistics, procurement, and project execution performance.
  • Support testing, user acceptance validation, and rollout activities for system enhancements and digital tools.
  • Collaborate with Engineering, Procurement, Logistics, Construction, and IT teams to gather requirements and provide reporting support.
  • Prepare analytical summaries and visual reports that communicate business insights to stakeholders.
  • Help identify trends, discrepancies, and improvement opportunities within operational data.
  • Contribute to process documentation, reporting standards, and best practices across the organization.
Education and Experience Requirements:
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Business, Data Analytics, Information Systems, Engineering, Computer Science, or a related field.
  • 0-3 years of experience in data analysis, reporting, supply chain operations, project controls, or a related discipline.
  • Strong analytical, organizational, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency with Microsoft Excel.
  • Ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment. Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience with Power BI, Tableau, or similar business intelligence and data visualization tools.
  • Basic knowledge of SQL, Power Query, or Power Pivot.
  • Exposure to enterprise systems such as Oracle EBS, TeamWorks, SiteSense, ETA, MAP, Unifier, or similar platforms.
  • Understanding of procurement, materials management, logistics, or supply chain business processes.
  • Interest in digital transformation, automation, AI-enabled analytics, and reporting technologies.
Required Knowledge and Skills:
  • Data analysis and reporting fundamentals.
  • Ability to collect, cleanse, validate, and interpret data.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy.
  • Ability to create dashboards, charts, and KPI reports that communicate business performance clearly.
