Job description

The Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center are seeking enthusiastic, guest-focused individuals to deliver a best-in-class, Premium Guest Experience.
As an Elevator Greeter, you are a frontline ambassador and one of the first welcoming faces our guests-fans, VIPs, and premium members-encounter. Your polished presence, professionalism, and hospitality mindset bring our Common Purpose to life: Uniting and Empowering People to Create Extraordinary Moments.
You will play a critical role in creating seamless, elevated interactions by guiding guests, supporting premium access areas, and anticipating needs at key entry and elevator locations.
Essential Duties
  • Warmly welcome guests at key entry points, including the P2 Garage, Premium Areas, and Accessible Entrances, with a polished, professional, and hospitality-forward approach

  • Assist guests with directions to their seating sections and/or Premium Areas using an open palm and outstretched arm to guide them to their next destination, followed by a gracious closing greeting encouraging them to enjoy the game and/or event

  • Provide accurate, concierge-style information about arena amenities such as ATMs, Reverse ATMs, Guest Experience locations, Retail locations, Food & Beverage options, and more

  • Respond to guest inquiries regarding in-game experiences, activations, and upcoming events with confidence, warmth, and premium-level attentiveness

  • Maintain a safe, organized, and enjoyable environment that reflects the elevated standards of the Miami HEAT and Kaseya Center guest experience

  • Support seamless guest flow by assisting with movement to and from elevators and designated areas while anticipating guest needs whenever possible

  • May be asked to support ticket-taking responsibilities by welcoming guests at entry points, assisting with mobile or physical ticket scanning, verifying tickets for the correct event, date, and entrance, and directing guests who need additional ticketing assistance to the appropriate support location while maintaining a premium, hospitality-first approach.

  • Deliver Elevated Guest Service - Consistently provide a hospitality-driven experience by proactively engaging guests, anticipating needs, and exceeding expectations through polished, attentive service.

  • Serve as a Brand Ambassador - Represent the organization with professionalism, enthusiasm, and integrity at all times, reinforcing a unified and Premium Service Culture.

  • Proactive Guest Engagement - Create meaningful touchpoints by acknowledging every guest, offering assistance before it is requested, and ensuring a seamless entry and navigation experience.

  • Operational Excellence - Execute all duties with precision, urgency, and accountability while maintaining compliance with venue policies and safety standards.

  • Adaptability in a Dynamic Environment - Demonstrate composure and sound judgment in fast-paced, high-volume environments while prioritizing guest satisfaction.

  • Collaborative Team Contribution - Work cohesively with fellow team members and leadership to deliver a consistent, high-quality experience across all touchpoints.

Schedule
  • Part-time, event-based role (HEAT games, concerts, special events)
  • Evening availability required, including late nights (to atleast midnight)
  • Must be available weeknights, weekends, and holidays

Qualifications
  • Passion for delivering exceptional, hospitality-driven service
  • Professional, polished, guest-first presence
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-volume environment
  • Guest service or hospitality experience preferred
  • Bilingual (English/Spanish) preferred
  • Comfortable using mobile technology and scanning tools
