Key Responsibilities

• Deliver exceptional VIP bottle service while creating an elevated guest experience.
• Welcome VIP guests and ensure their table is prepared before arrival.
• Present bottles with professionalism and energy while maintaining an exciting atmosphere.
• Build relationships with guests and encourage repeat business.
• Anticipate guest needs and provide attentive service throughout the evening.
• Maintain a clean, organized VIP section.
• Accurately process payments and handle guest transactions.
• Collaborate with bartenders, security, hosts, and management for seamless service.
• Maintain a polished, professional appearance throughout every shift.
• Follow all liquor laws and responsible alcohol service guidelines.

Requirements

• Previous experience in bottle service, cocktail serving, nightclub, lounge, or upscale hospitality preferred.
• Outgoing, confident personality with excellent communication skills.
• Professional appearance and positive attitude.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-energy environment.
• Ability to multitask while delivering exceptional service.
• Strong sales and upselling abilities.
• Reliable transportation and dependable attendance.
• Weekend and late-night availability required.
• Must meet Missouri's legal age requirements for serving alcohol.
