Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is looking for a Part-time Social Media Content for our American Fork branch.
Summary
Altabank, Division of Glacier Bank, is seeking Social Media Content Coordinator to join our marketing team. This role is responsible for planning, creating, and managing engaging social media content across all platforms to drive brand awareness, customer engagement, and business growth. The ideal candidate is passionate about storytelling, understands platform trends, and has a strong background in video content creation and editing.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Develop and implement a comprehensive social media content calendar in alignment with marketing goals and brand voice.
  • Create engaging and on-brand content (text, image, video, stories, reels, etc.) tailored for Facebook, Instagram, and LinkedIn.
  • Plan, shoot, and edit short-form videos for social media campaigns, community events, and product promotions.
  • Monitor, analyze, and report on key performance metrics; adjust content strategies based on insights.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to highlight products, services, employees, and community involvement.
  • Stay current on social media trends, tools, and best practices; suggest new tactics and content formats.
  • Manage day-to-day social media interactions, including responding to comments and messages in a timely, brand-consistent manner.
  • Support additional marketing initiatives, campaigns, and events as needed.

About You
QUALIFICATIONS:
  • Working towards a Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, or a related field.
  • 1+ years of experience managing business social media accounts.

KNOWLEDGE, SKILL, ABILITY:
  • Proficiency in video creation and editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, CapCut, Canva).
  • Strong writing, grammar, and storytelling skills.
  • Knowledge of social media advertising tools and analytics platforms.
  • Creative mindset with the ability to produce fresh, engaging content.
  • Strong organizational and time-management skills.
  • Familiarity with financial services or regulated industries is a plus.
  • Knowledge of Sprout Social or similar platforms a plus.
  • This is a part-time job for 20 hours per week.
  • The candidate must be able to work in an office in American Fork, Utah or North Logan, Utah.
  • Regular, predictable and timely attendance in order to accomplish, among other things, in-person contact with customers.

COMPENSATION & BENEFITS: Starting salary is dependent upon relevant experience and may vary based on the geographic location of the position.
