Technical Editor/Writer-UT (Hybrid)


📍 Hybrid (3 days/week in office)

💲 $20.55 - $21.09/hour

📅 12-Month Contract with potential for extension or permanent conversion based on performance


We are seeking a detail-oriented Technical Editor/Writer-UT to join a fast-paced Client Relations team within a leading financial services environment. This role is ideal for professionals with exceptional writing, editing, and communication skills who are passionate about delivering high-quality client communications while ensuring regulatory and procedural compliance.


Key Responsibilities


Research, analyze, and respond to operational client complaints with accuracy and professionalism.

Prepare, edit, and review written client communications, ensuring adherence to company standards and style guidelines.

Collaborate with field personnel, operations teams, management, and business partners to investigate and resolve client issues.

Partner closely with Client Relations Editors to ensure consistent messaging and high-quality written responses.

Manage multiple assignments and deadlines while maintaining strong attention to detail.

Provide support for client-facing telephone lines at least one day per week, handling inquiries with a professional and client-focused approach.

Assist with operational functions such as settlement processing, privacy opt-out requests, and special projects as needed.

Ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and internal complaint-handling procedures.


Qualifications Required
