Buffalo Construction is seeking a creative and detail-oriented Marketing Graphic Design

Intern to support our growing Marketing team. This part-time role offers the opportunity to

gain hands-on experience across various marketing disciplines while helping to execute

brand-consistent design, content, and communications. The ideal candidate is a highly

organized visual thinker with a passion for storytelling and an interest in learning across

multiple mediums.


This is a learning-based opportunity, and key responsibilities could include a range of tasks

depending on current project needs and the candidate's interests and skills.


Position Responsibilities:ย 

Creative Design & Branding

Supporting the development of branded templates and visual assets

(e.g., proposals, presentations, social content, flyers)

Assisting with the design and production of project signage, business cards

(physical and digital), and promotional materials

Creating content in alignment with Buffalo Construction's brand guidelines


Event & Cross-Team Marketing Support

Supporting marketing efforts for internal and external events, including signage creation,

promotional ordering, and setup assistance

Coordinating with other internal departments to fulfill marketing requests or content needs

Contributing to client appreciation efforts and branded gifting


Digital Media & Video

Creating engaging social media content, including writing captions and scheduling posts

Uploading and maintaining fresh content on the company website,

such as projects, blog posts, or team updates

Performing light SEO maintenance (e.g., image tagging, metadata editing)

Assisting with photo & video production including planning, filming, editing, and organizing

assets for company culture features, project reels, and event recaps


Administrative & Organizational Tasks

Organizing and archiving digital marketing files and assets

Assisting with project coordination, order tracking, and vendor communication

Supporting internal reporting, content schedules, and general team operations as needed


Qualifications:ย 

Actively pursuing or recently completed a degree in Graphic Design

Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Canva

Familiarity with content management systems (CMS) like WordPress is a plus

Strong organizational skills and attention to detail

Excellent written and verbal communication

Eagerness to learn, collaborate, and adapt to a variety of tasks
