We are seeking a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver with behavioral care experience to provide one-on-one support. This role involves assisting clients with daily needs, offering companionship, and helping them maintain dignity and independence.
Responsibilities
As a Direct Support Professional (DSP)/Caregiver, you will provide meaningful companionship and foster strong connections, assist clients with personal hygiene and comfort care, support light housekeeping to ensure a safe environment, prepare nutritious meals tailored to individual needs, offer reliable transportation for outings or appointments, and provide timely medication reminders to help clients maintain dignity, independence, and overall well-being.
Benefits
  • Competitive base pay: $17.00-$18.25/hour (depending on experience, Dementia Certification, or CNA), minimum $27.50 per shift
  • Training/GUIDE Respite Rate: $17.00/hour
  • Raises after 60 days and annual reviews
