At Chrysalis Host Home, we are seeking a part time direct support staff to support people with disabilities. Host Home services focuses on helping children and adults with disabilities who live with professional host parents. We are looking for caregivers to relieve our host parents by taking clients with disabilities out into the community to participate in meaningful activities, such as:
  • Going to parks
  • Visiting museums
  • Watching movies
  • Going shopping
  • Dining

Qualifications:
  • Must be 20 years of age
  • Valid drivers license
  • A reliable form of transportation
