At Starkey, we support adults with disabilities to live full, safe, and satisfying lives. We operate multiple group homes and day programs across the Wichita area, giving you the opportunity to work close to home while making a real impact in your community.
No experience? No problem. We provide paid training, ongoing support, and opportunities to grow.
What You'll Do
As a Direct Support Professional, you'll work in one of our group homes located throughout Wichita, helping individuals with daily living and personal goals.

Pay
  • Second Shift Weekday: $15.75 per hour/Second Shift Weekend: $16.75 per hour

Flexible Schedules & Locations
We offer a wide variety of part-time schedules and have multiple group homes across the Wichita area. If selected for a pre-screen interview, we'll review all open locations and schedules that best match your availability and preferences.
