Part-Time Front Desk Receptionist - Join Our Team!
Pay: $17.50 - $18.79/hour
Schedule: Part-time, Day shift, 16-20 hours per week (one shift per week & rotating weekends)
Touchmark is Appleton's leading full-service senior living community, enriching the lives of residents and their families through exceptional service and hospitality. We are currently seeking a warm, professional, and dependable Front Desk Receptionist to be the welcoming face of our community.

What You'll Do:

  • Perform security-related tasks such as perimeter door checks.
  • Support residents with newspaper deliveries and provide light assistance at the desk.
  • Keep the front desk and surrounding common areas clean and inviting.

What We're Looking For:
  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • At least one year of receptionist/concierge or service-oriented experience (hospitality or senior living preferred).
  • Excellent multitasking and organizational skills.
  • A calm, patient, and tactful demeanor when working with residents, families, and team members.
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office and ability to use basic office equipment.

  • Valid Driver's License with approved driving record.
