We're currently seeking a Part-Time Receptionist/Greeter responsibilities to join our dynamic team. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys multitasking, staying organized, and being the friendly face and voice of our dealership.
What You'll Be Doing:
  • Greeting and welcoming customers into the showroom with a smile.
  • Answering and directing calls using a multi-line phone system.
  • Providing courteous and professional assistance to all callers and visitors.
  • Assisting sales consultants and managers with daily administrative tasks.
  • Handling service cashier duties, including processing payments and finalizing service transactions.
Schedule:
  • Part-Time Hours
  • This is a set weekly schedule
  • Evening shifts during the week 5pm - 8pm Monday - Thursday
  • Daylight hours on Saturdays 9am-5pm
  • No Fridays or Sundays!
