We seek a dynamic, hardworking individual to join our team as a Part-Time Dental Receptionist (Potential for Full-time). The ideal candidate will have at least one year of work experience in a dental or office environment, with the willingness to take on a variety of tasks. Location: Eureka, CA 95501
Position: Part-Time Dental Receptionist
Responsibilities (Includes but not limited to):
- Assist with front office duties, including answering phones, scheduling appointments, and managing patient intake
- Greet and check in patients as they arrive
- Help with patient records and dental documentation
- Assist the dental team during exams and procedures as needed
- Sterilize and prepare dental instruments and equipment
- Ensure the office is organized and welcoming
- Maintain a dog-friendly, positive environment
Requirements:
- Minimum of 1 year of work experience, preferably in a dental setting.
- Must be willing to participate in an interview process (Work Interview)
- A friendly, approachable attitude and willingness to assist in both administrative and dental tasks
- Preference for dog-friendly individuals (office environment is pet-friendly)

Salary Range

Part-time $17 - $24 per hour
