Job Opportunity

Village Nissan, a proud member of Drive Auto Group, is currently looking for a Part Time Receptionist to join our growing team! As a Receptionist you will be responsible for creating a lasting and outstanding customer service experience to all customers of the dealership. The ideal candidate should be friendly and approachable, and can expect that this role require you to do the following:

Responsibilities

  • Greet customers in a prompt and professional manner as they enter the dealership
  • Personalize every interaction with customers by answering any questions that they may have, and directing them to the appropriate department and/or personnel as needed
  • Operate a multi-line telephone system to transfer all incoming calls to the appropriate individual/department in a courteous and professional manner
  • Distribute mail/faxes and coordinate courier pickups
  • Maintain the cleanliness of the reception area and customer waiting area
  • Update and distribute dealership telephone listings when necessary
  • Perform all other related clerical and administrative duties as assigned by management

Experience

  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Previous experience in reception and/or customer service
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills, both written and verbal
  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft Office products, including Outlook, Word and Excel
  • Ability to prepare business memos, letters, etc.
  • Strong attention to detail to maintain filing systems and databases
  • Professional appearance and positive attitude
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Team player, quick thinker and ability to multi-task
