Job Summary

We’re seeking a detail-oriented Data Entry Clerk with strong QuickBooks experience to join our team on a part-time basis. This role involves entering and managing financial and administrative data, ensuring accuracy and supporting business operations. Responsibilities

  • Accurately enter data into QuickBooks, Excel, and Zoho CRM.
  • Create and track vendor purchase orders, ensuring timely delivery and updates.
  • Review and verify documents: sales orders, vendor invoices, supplier charges, and other financial records.
  • Generate reports using Excel (pivot tables) and QuickBooks.
  • Maintain organized digital and physical filing systems.
  • Assist with basic bookkeeping, transcription, and clerical tasks.
  • Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.
  • Collaborate with team members to streamline workflows.
  • Support general administrative duties as needed.

Qualifications
